Kale Chips

Kale chips are one of my favorite go-to snacks! They are low on preparation, super healthy and tasty! They are amazing fresh out of the oven or can be stored for later.
Ingredients
One bunch of kale
About 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
Sea salt (to taste)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit.
Rinse and dry the bunch of kale
Remove any large pieces of stem and then cut up the remaining leaves into bite size pieces.
Toss the leaves in the coconut oil until evenly coated.
Spread the leaves over 2 baking sheets. Try to space them apart as evenly as possible, keeping them from touching each other, to help them crisp while baking.
Bake for 20 minutes. Keep a close eye on them the last few minutes to ensure they do not overcook or burn. You want them to be crispy and slightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt or other seasonings of choice.
Let cool slightly and enjoy! Or keep covered and store for up to 3 days.
