Cassava Flour Pancakes Ingredients


● 1 1/2 cups cassava flour

● 1 tablespoon baking powder

● 1 teaspoon salt

● 1 3/4 cups unsweetened alternative milk of choice (coconut, almond, etc.)

● 2 eggs

● 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil


  1. In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients.

  2. Then mix in milk, eggs and oil until there are no lumps.

  3. Pour out each pancake (about 1⁄4 cup) onto an oil coated pan over medium heat.

  4. Once the pancakes begin to bubble flip them over and cook for a couple more minutes on the other side.

  5. Plate and serve with your choice of grass-fed butter or ghee, syrup and fruit.
